The experience

A compact private experience for seeing Sintra’s landmarks, romantic estates and mountain scenery when time is limited. A local driver-guide shares the stories behind the landscape and adapts the vehicle to the group. The Pena Palace ticket is included. Before entry, the guide provides practical guidance and you then have around 1 hour 30 minutes to explore the palace and gardens independently.

€412 covers a private booking for up to three participants. Solo bookings use the same base charge.

Online booking is limited to three participants. Groups of four to eight require extra transport, so the team confirms the vehicle plan and total price directly before booking.

This experience operates every day. YourTuk indicated two guide-and-vehicle resources for simultaneous bookings at each published start; the final resource allocation is confirmed before booking.

Bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice.

The experience is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Participants must be at least 7 years old.

Pickup is at the YourTuk shop. Drop-off is at the shop or in Sintra’s historic centre. Partner vehicles remain subject to manual confirmation.

If cancellation is received through the stated contact at least 96 hours before the local start time, 100% of the tour price is refunded, less only monument tickets already purchased and demonstrably non-refundable. If received less than 96 hours before the start, 50% of the tour component is refunded. Purchased non-refundable tickets are not refunded. No refund is due for a no-show.

Where the product page includes a Pena Palace ticket, the amount currently identified is €20 per participant. It is non-refundable only when the ticket has actually been purchased or issued and the supplier does not permit a refund.

The Pena entry time is subject to monument availability. The included ticket is arranged when the booking is made and the cancellation terms above apply.
