Contract information

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern bookings for tours and experiences sold by YourTuk. Product and checkout information forms part of the contract and prevails where it is more favourable to the customer.

Effective version: September 10, 2026

1. Operator and contact details

Experiences are supplied by Woomia33 Unipessoal Lda under the YourTuk brand. Contact details, tax number, address and RNAAT registration number appear on this page and in the website footer.

Questions about bookings, changes or cancellations should be sent to staffyourtuk@gmail.com or to the telephone/WhatsApp contact published on the website.

2. Experience information and contract

Before paying, the customer must check the route, duration, date, time, meeting point, language, capacity, minimum age, inclusions, exclusions, total price and cancellation terms for the chosen experience.

A booking becomes binding when the required payment is authorised and a confirmation is issued by YourTuk or Bókun. The person booking confirms that they are at least 18 and authorised to act for the other participants.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The total displayed before the order to pay includes VAT and all mandatory charges for that channel. Commercial Bókun, Stripe or intermediary costs are not added later as a generic fee.

Payment is processed in the Bókun/Stripe environment. YourTuk and this website do not receive or store the full card number or security code.

4. Monument tickets

Where the product page includes a Pena Palace ticket, the amount currently identified is €20 per participant. It is non-refundable only when the ticket has actually been purchased or issued and the supplier does not permit a refund.

Advance purchase is not a promise of priority entry and does not remove possible entrance or security queues.

5. Cancellation by the customer

If cancellation is received through the stated contact at least 96 hours before the local start time, 100% of the tour price is refunded, less only monument tickets already purchased and demonstrably non-refundable.

If received less than 96 hours before the start, 50% of the tour component is refunded. Purchased non-refundable tickets are not refunded. No refund is due for a no-show.

6. Changes, delays and meeting point

Requests to change the date, time, language, route, participants or vehicle depend on availability and may change the price. A change is confirmed only in writing.

Customers must attend the confirmed place and time. A delay may require the route to be shortened or adapted without refund where necessary to respect reservations, access slots or the contracted duration.

7. Changes or cancellation by YourTuk

For safety, traffic, weather, monument closure, breakdown or force majeure, YourTuk may adjust the route, time, guide or vehicle with a suitable alternative. Material changes are communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

If YourTuk cancels and does not provide an alternative accepted by the customer, the customer may choose rescheduling or a full refund of amounts paid to YourTuk. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Participants, children and specific needs

YourTuk’s general minimum age is 7 unless the product page states otherwise. The responsible adult must provide accurate participant numbers and ages and follow safety instructions from the guide.

Dietary, mobility or health needs relevant to safe delivery must be disclosed in advance. Adaptation depends on the route and partners and is guaranteed only after written confirmation.

9. Guides, vehicles and partners

A guide or vehicle photograph is illustrative unless the product expressly guarantees that resource. YourTuk may use another guide, suitable own vehicle or partner vehicle while preserving the essential booking features.

10. Conduct, safety and liability

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and respect people, property and equipment. YourTuk may refuse or stop participation that creates a safety risk, subject to a proportionate assessment of any refund due.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including loss caused by intent or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Withdrawal right

Bookings for leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period do not benefit from the general 14-day withdrawal right that applies to many distance contracts. This exception does not remove the contractual cancellation policy above.

12. Images and intellectual property

Joining a tour does not automatically authorise promotional use of a customer’s image. Identifiable marketing images require suitable permission, which may be refused without affecting the service.

Website content, brands, photographs and other materials remain protected and may not be reused commercially without permission.

13. Privacy and communications

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Booking confirmations, changes, safety notices and support are operational messages, not advertising. Marketing requires its own lawful basis and always permits objection or withdrawal of consent.

14. Complaints, ADR and applicable law

Customers may use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book and, where applicable, the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre. They may also consult another competent body listed by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers.

Portuguese law applies without removing any mandatory protection available in the consumer’s country of residence. The terms presented and accepted at the time of booking are associated with the contract.
